This role forms an integral part of the Amerigo (Vietnam) Regional Recruitment & Marketing team and will be based within HCMC, Vietnam. The position reports to the Regional Director, South East Asia. The overall objective of the position is to support the development of the Amerigo agent network, and to implement the marketing and recruitment plan for the region. Strong communication skills are required for this role, as are sales and marketing experience.

* KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales
- i. Meet recruitment and sales targets for each Amerigo partner school
ii. Support the Regional Director, South East Asia in product training and development of agent counselling teams
iii. Deliver destination market specific sales coaching to agents
iv. Coordinate with Head Office and partner schools to ensure the sales toolkit is relevant and understood within the region

- Marketing
v. Assist Regional Director, South East Asia to develop annual marketing plan for Vietnam
vi. Coordinate and execute visits to high schools and English language centres
vii. Deliver presentations to large audiences of students and counsellors
viii. Drive attendance for exhibitions, seminars, university visits and other recruitment drives
ix. Assist with the preparation of country-specific advertising, editorial and promotional material
x. Support the preparation of promotional materials eg, newsletters, posters, testimonials, fliers
xi. Utilize social media and modern digital technologies to disseminate information about the Amerigo schools

- Financial
xii. Develop and manage budget and expenses
xiii. Provision of monthly financial reports to Regional Director, South East Asia

- Business Development
xiv. Through market research activities, work with the Regional Management team to identify demand for Amerigo products & services in new and existing markets within Vietnam
xv. Maintain effective relationships with Head Office to assist in future product planning and pipeline
xvi. Assist with new market, product and service development and/or improvement of Amerigo products & services.

- General
xvii. Other projects as determined by the Regional Director, South East Asia

Chuyên Môn Của Bạn

* Essential:
i. Strong written and oral capability in Vietnamese & English language
ii. Possession of a tertiary degree level qualification and/or 1-2 years of marketing & recruitment experience
iii. Demonstrate high level interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills inclusive of presentation skills
iv. Demonstrated and proven ability as a team player
v. Demonstrated flexible attitude to work (e.g. in hours and content), including a willingness to work weekends and evenings in support of recruitment activities
vi. Demonstrated ability to initiate and implement effective sales tactics which have made a significant contribution to sustainable business growth
vii. Demonstrated innovative thinking and proactive work habits inclusive of an eye for detail and for new recruitment initiatives
viii. Demonstrated ability to work to tight deadlines, changing priorities and to take responsibility for decisions and outcomes
ix. Demonstrated ability to work with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure competing demands are met

* Desirable:
i. International work experience in the education / language sector
ii. International study experience
