Recruitment Specialist (Urgent - 2 Positions - Working In Hai Phong)

General Purpose:

- Responsible for entire recruiting processes to hire the best suitable employees for company in line with requested timing.

- Working in Hai Phong plant, will mainly cover the hiring for Manufacturing including mass hiring & local employees

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize end to end mass recruitment process and strategy aligning with company desired technical competence.

• Work closely with hiring managers to find out detail requirement for particular roles.

• Attract quality candidates through preparing job descriptions/postings, screening and shortlisting applicants; as well as by networking, headhunting and through referrals.

• Work closely with mass agencies to supply appropriate candidates and explore more on market recruitment status

• Work with Universities and Colleges, Continuing Education Center to implement recruitment/internship programs.

• Employer Branding Initiatives: Plan, Conduct, and Participate in Mega Events and Job Fairs.

• Promote your mass recruitment on social media & advertising channels.

• Develop recruitment plans, prepared budgets, and handled payments for recruitment and related activities.

• Assist the Recruitment Manager in complying and analyzing labor market data to prepare periodic recruitment reports.

• BA with focus on HR management or relevant majors

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in mass recruitment in FDI Manufacturing companies or outsourcing agencies

• Well versed with MS office, Recruitment Tools and Social Media

• Experience in building the resourcing pipeline and working with local authorities to initiate mass hiring events and collaborate with universities/colleges to implement internship programs

• Good knowledge of labor laws and regulations and understand well of labor market

• Able to communicate and coordinate well with internal stakeholders and external partners

• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills

• Very self- confident, precise and well organized person

• Ability to work under high pressure

• Fluent English communication is a plus
