Job Description

a. RECRUITMENT (60%)

- Allocate hiring vacancies to member depending on the actual situation and requirement

- Track recruitment results, evaluate and guide members to improve their efficiency

- Manage posting on recruitment channels in accordance with the Company regulations

- Give advice to hiring manager during the recruitment process, if necessary

- Find new resources to increase recruitment efficiency and save costs

- Management and improvement of general files and make recruitment statistics

- Do recruiting from A to Z for positions of manager level, HRA Division and difficult positions: Filter records, phone interviews, arrange & conduct interview make offer letter, inform to candidate and prepare before staff on-board

- Guide candidate doing test (if any)

b. TRAINING (20%)

- Give the induction training integration to chief, manager

- Give training Employee Manner to staff

- Propose external training courses, support registration for Division involved

- Update information and collect learner reports after training

- Supervise the storage of training records, documents reasonably

c. OTHERS (20%)

- Make statistics of monthly in - out employee quantity

- Make weekly and monthly reports and other reports required by Superiors

- Review and improve of processes, policies, regulations and documents related to recruitment and training

- Make payment request for candidate referrals and costs related to recruitment and training

- Make reports, explanations for Internal Audit, Self-check and Audit of the parent JACCS Company

- Other jobs assigned by Manager & the BOD

Job Requirements

- Graduated from University

- Minimum 4-year experience in recruitment and training

- Fluent in English both spoken and written

- Good skill in Word, Excel, Power Point

- Enthusiastic, responsible and well focus to - details

- Proactive, resilient, collaborative, good in leadership and management
