Mô Tả Công Việc

Position Overview: As the Project Sales Manager in the refrigeration field, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales initiatives, managing projects, and fostering strong relationships with clients. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales process, from identifying potential clients and understanding their needs to proposing and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of refrigeration systems, industry trends, and a proven track record of successful sales management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
 Identify and develop new business opportunities in the refrigeration sector.
 Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through market research and networking.
2. Client Relationship Management:
 Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
 Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their refrigeration requirements.
3. Sales Strategy:
 Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
 Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns and promotional materials.
4. Project Management:
 Oversee the entire project sales lifecycle, from initial client contact to project completion.
 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
5. Technical Expertise:
 Possess a deep understanding of refrigeration systems, technologies, and industry standards.
 Provide technical guidance and support to clients during the sales process.
6. Sales Team Leadership:
 Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team focused on Refrigeration systems.
 Set clear sales targets and monitor team performance, providing coaching and feedback as needed.
 Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

o Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
o Good English or Chinese communication skills
o Proven experience in project sales management within the refrigeration industry.
o Strong technical acumen with in-depth knowledge of refrigeration systems.
o Strategic, responsible, willing to take initiatives.
o Excellent in negotiation and presentation skills.
o Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
o Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
