Position: Talent Pool - Regional After-Sales Operations Management
Division: VinFast Vietnam After-Sales Service
Workplace: Hanoi, with overseas assignments as designated
1. Position Objective
Responsible for managing, coordinating, and overseeing all after-sales operations within
the assigned region to ensure efficient service performance, optimized service quality, and
enhanced customer satisfaction.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. After-Sales Operations Management
• Monitor and coordinate after-sales service activities across distributors within the
assigned region to ensure effective operations and optimal resource utilization.
• Supervise and control the implementation of technical rectification programs and
product recall campaigns according to corporate plans.
• Support the establishment and development of new Service Workshops (XDV) in the
region.
• Handle operational issues beyond distributor authority and capability by working
with internal departments to identify and implement appropriate solutions.
B. Customer Complaint Management
• Collaborate with relevant departments to receive, assess, and resolve customer
complaints related to service quality and repair operations, ensuring the highest
level of satisfaction.
C. Spare Parts Management
• Oversee spare parts operations at dealerships, including inventory control,
arrangement, and optimization to ensure efficient usage and timely support for
repair activities.

Job Requirements
Education
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,
Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in after-sales service, warranty, repair operations—
within the automotive or mechanical industry.
• Experience in project management, operational coordination, and team leadership.
Skills
• Strong leadership, coordination, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and complaint-handling abilities.
• Effective organizational skills, time management, and the ability to respond quickly
to operational issues.
• Solid understanding of spare parts management, inventory optimization, and supply
chain processes.
Personal Qualities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• High sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure.
• Proactive, creative, and highly collaborative.
