Regional Logistics Development Manager

Job Purpose:

The Regional Logistics Development Manager is responsible for optimizing and developing logistics strategies across the region. This role focuses on improving supply chain efficiency, enhancing customer service levels and driving cost reductions while ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.

Key Accountabilities:

• Consolidation and deployment of Logistics Capex across all remote WH locations.

• Driving Management Routines for Logistics Functions in the region – Logistics ROCK evidences, Country evidence reviews etc.

• Picking best practices across the region and deployment in the region.

• Responsible for monitoring the outbound logistics cost (OLC) and establishing corrective actions with country logistics managers through systemic monitoring of their regional budget plans (Annual Budget / quarterly review / Freight accruals/ Contracts for service providers in general), to ensure the achievement of regional financial targets.

• Driving Logistics Quality SAQs and actions in the region.

• Analyzing service issues in the WHs and supporting local teams to come up with solutions.

• Leads new warehouse footprint projects for new markets and geographies.

• Minimum 10 years experience in Logistics, with at least 2 years experience in similar role.

• Understand Consumer and also B2C and B2B logistics.

• Analytical & strong stakeholder management skills

• Proficiency in Logistics Software and tools

• Black belt – Lean and Six Sigma

• Has been member of a local or regional MT

• Has been exposed to working and impacting regionally.

• Has experience in leading major functional projects & building teams.
