Regional Manager ( Quản Lý Vùng )

I: JOB DESCRIPTION

• Working closely with business/key accounts partners to ensure adhering to company guidelines and SOP.

• Oversee daily operations of the Vietnam retail stores, ensuring efficiency, service quality, and operations excellence.

• A key point of contact between local team and HQ team.

• Own all store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Support store teams in executing merchandising plans, product launches and marketing campaign.

• Conduct regular store audits to assess staff performance, service quality, visual merchandising and operations efficiency.

• Take charge of retail staff recruitment, onboarding and staff training.

• Manage inventory movement between stores and warehouse, ensure optimal stock level across all stores.

• Experience in inventory/stock count process and preparation of inventory count planning (e.g. preparation of inventory count item, stock movement control in system between stores and warehouse).

• Lead the retail team in conducting quarterly inventory count from the start to the end. Ensuring stock count goes smoothly and ready for store operation the next morning.

• Work closely with internal teams (marketing, retail operation, visual merchandising, supply chain, go to market, finance, HR etc).

• Monitor and manage team attendance and ensure accountability through coaching and counseling.

• Respond to Customer feedback, resolve issues, and always strive for continuous improvement of the in-store experience.

• Execute high-level in-the-moment coaching and development of your Assistant Manager, Supervisor, and Team/Shift Leads into all-star leaders.

• Participate in ongoing leadership training that will fine-tune your management, accountability, operations, and communications skills.

• Lead by example, to set the tone in your store for a positive attitude and high energy.

• Lead and conduct interviews for prospective new team members.

• Ensure all retail stores visual merchandising is align with HQ VM requirement, lead the merchandising of the store ensuring adhering to HQ VM guides and planogram.

• Manage change orders and supply orders including signage and fixtures.

• Work closely with Go-to-Market Manager to ensure optimal stocks level in all stores.

• University graduate with proficient English or Chinese communication skills.

• Has experience as a regional manager overseeing more than 5 stores

• Experience working with international brands

• Directly reports to the Operations Director

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
