Regional Marketing Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Data Analysis

• Collect, analyze, and prepare monthly regional sales reports.

• Monitor sales team KPIs and propose recommendations to improve performance.

• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to support strategic planning.

2. Cross-functional Coordination

• Collaborate with Sales Channel, Brand and Marketing, Accounting, and Supply Chain teams to support regional sales operations.

3. Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure accuracy of data and reports in alignment with company policies.

• Support internal audits and compliance checks related to sales data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in sales data analysis or sales support.

• Proficient in Microsoft tools such as Word, Excel, Power BI, or other data analysis tools.

• Detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure.

• Good communication of English (both spoken and written) is a plus.

Working hours: daily hours (From Monday to Saturday), 2 probation months
