Oversee and well manage the operation activities in the assigned area
Ensure sales operations plan, its objectives, and administrative procedures are thoroughly understood and implemented
Think big picture and see changes as the new opportunities.
Control the application of trade terms, credit policy, and promotions
Follow up the development of his area potential and recommend further actions.
2. Stockiest & Customers management:
Manage stockiest at high level, ensure all the operation are well aligned with company business guidelines and objective
Establish effective relationship with his customers.
Report customer service level and other matters effecting sales to trade.
3. Cost management:
Control selling expenses as authorize as laid down in the schedule of authorities
Assess financial solvency of the trade and recommend action to his superior.
4. Team Management:
Participate in drawing up of sales incentive scheme.
Train, motivate, counsel, discipline and control his subordinates as well as to appraise their performance
Execute ad-hoc operations as planned by the Company
Take other assignments from National Sales Manager as requested.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Experience working in FMCG Multinational company is a plus
• Prefer knowledge and experience in Beverage industry (but not a must)
• English communication skill
