1. Purpose: - To participate and communicate, implement, and evaluate the Distributor strategies to deliver against the Sales Mission and to maximize business opportunities through a detailed understanding of the assigned Area Distributor base. - To work with TMK, MKT brand manager to develop & implement trade activity to maximize sales opportunity & expand the business through distribution, merchandizing & off-take promotion." 2. Job Description: * Business Planning - Participate in the development of Merrie's sales strategy, Mkt/TMK collaboration/investment guidelines - Participate in the development of Annual biz plan, Coverage Plan, Distribution Plan - Responsible in the development of customer sales & investment packages, and key Customer collaboration plans. - Responsible in communicating and executing annual and Monthly trade plans to the distributor/sales team.. * Sales Operation Management - Responsible in the presentation of quarterly areas/customer biz plan, Customer collaboration activity plan and reviews. - Responsible in driving Merries South team in delivering monthly trade plan - Responsible in driving coverage & distribution expansion plan - Responsible in the preparation and presentation of monthly sales report (South), trade activity performance report. * Communication - Ensure clear and timely communication of all business related matter with South sales team - Responsible for all trade communication and information exchange. - Manage and maintain general communication and relation with distributor partners - Responsible for exchange of all information related to competitor, M&B retailers movement. * Sales Monitoring and Evaluation & Financial Management - Conduct in-store monitoring of trade activities implementation. - Responsible in managing sales target achievement and trade activity target achievement. - Responsible in the evaluation of promotional activities - Responsible in the management of Trade expense and Contribution Profit. * Standing Meeting - Participate in Sales&Mkt Meeting, Monthly sales meeting

Yêu cầu công việc

- Education: University graduate, preferably business - Job-related experience: Minimum At least 2 years experience in an Area Distributor Management or trade MKT. - Specific knowledge: Deep functional experience in trade marketing, sales management - Business understanding: Deep functional experience in FMCG business - Other requirements: "Interpersonal, Problem solving skills. High level of integrity with excellent, balanced."
