force capability development plan/sales team training needs and company training plan.
- Design and deploy sales training curricula within time and budget constraints
- Produce physical and digital educational material (e.g. videos and case studies)
- Assess and report training quality:
+ Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses
+ Report on impact of training programs (e.g. sales achieved)
+ Maintain updated records of training material, curricula and costs
- Initiative solutions to improve training quality
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Having at least 5 years experience as a Sales Trainer in FMCG,
Milk industry experience is preferred
• Experienced at least an Area Sales Manager for GT position is
highly required
Skills
• Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person
activities
• Excellent organizational skills
• Solid communication and presentation abilities
• Be a good facilitator
• Good knowledge of FMCG and Milk Market.
• Capacity to understand all sales functions i.e. Trade, Customer,
Field.
• Capacity to understand milk sales management: GT, MT,
distribution network development, sales and distribution
knowledges and skills.
• Have experience on sales system as DMS
• Having a strong result commitment, proactiveness, high-pressure
acceptance style
• Has good agility, customer orientation & teamwork style
• Good planning skill
• Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the
organization to achieve results
• Has good leadership
