Mô Tả Công Việc
• Devise annual trade engagement plan, outlet segmentation and trade development strategies.
• Penetrate, secure, and optimize the right high quality trade outlet accounts/contracts to solidify TEG brand presence.
• Achieve geographical (e.g., North/South) trade engagement targets across all brands for the Financial Year and support the Vietnam market to achieve its overall ambitions.
• Analyze, manage, and report trade marketing budget spend to ensure spend is optimized with target ROI, high data quality/accuracy and in a timely manner.
• Manage report on day-to-day business engagements with trade customers utilizing Sales Force app, also furnish updates on distribution list and relevant information required.
• Develop strong net working relationships with trade and key account partners to achieve business objectives through proactive participation in key account development, distribution, activations, merchandising and brand visibility.
• Support the Principle and key account partners in building the profile of Edrington brands through trade and consumer activities.
• Develop Joint Business Plan with distributor which include target distribution, channel and customer strategies and trade activations that are in line with business objectives.
• Consolidate market intelligence that include price audits, competitor activities, market analysis and business development opportunities.
• Review and evaluate local Brand Marketing on all trade marketing program and activities for effectiveness and efficiency.
• Liaise with local Brand Marketing team to implement BTL/Trade consumer activations.
• Ad-hoc requirement by Management.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in trade marketing or trade engagement function.
• Energetic, confident, self-motivated and ability to handle multiple / diverse tasks.
• Strong competency in written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Sound analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Possess flair and a track record in executing quality trade marketing executions.
• Able to work independently and responsibly.
• Possess sound project management capabilities with a meticulous eye for detail.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of current industry and category trends.
• Sensibility and appreciation for Luxury/Accessible Luxury.
