Your Role

To provide regulatory and trade compliance support and to undertake proper vigilance to ensure smooth execution of business activities from a regulatory perspective and that all activities are in compliance with applicable local and international laws, regulations, and guidelines relevant to Life Science business transactions. The position has a close working relationship with the Quality, Customer Service, Sales and Marketing, Warehouse, and Logistics functions internally.

What You Do

• Being the main regulatory and trade compliance support to Life Science, secure and ensure timely application for license registration, renewal registration and recommendation letter issues, with good coordination with Demand & Supply team.

• Regularly check the LS shipment by land, air and sea freight whether the items require import license / permit / authorizations, prepare and submit the necessary application and getting the license / permit / authorizations ready before shipment arrival (for the license / permit / authorizations which need to be attached with the shipment documents).

• Support Customs clearance for imported goods (VN HS code and Goods description assignment, other legal issues relating to trade compliance).

• Effectively manage regulatory pathway for company LS products and services.

• Attend to customer enquiries on regulatory matters and conduct safety / regulatory talks to customer, whenever required.

• Ensure up-to date regulatory data in global ERP system.

• To perform other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.

Who You Are

• University Degree of Science or Microbiology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, related science.

• Attention to details in documentation.

• PC literate: sufficient knowledge of PC, network and standard packages used under Windows.
