Mô Tả Công Việc
Key Task:
1. Understand the Bank's product and able to cultivate for business opportunities and propose customers the appropriated products
2. Identify potential new customers and up/cross-selling opportunities.
3. Develop/execute marketing plans to approach target customers in order to achieve assigned business targets.
4. Visit and provide financial consultant/solution to customers. Summarize call report.
5. Supervise and coach junior RM on credit analysis.
6. Coordinate customer and related parties to ensure customer service fulfillment and ensure the compliance of regulation, internal process, and policy.
7. Prepare credit proposals and related analytical support including handling the post-approval work process to ensure speedy turnaround. Work closely with product partners to cross-sell financial products.
8. Handle day-to-day transactions and get approval upon the delegated level of authority (DLA), if need.
9. Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisors including spotting new business opportunities to enhance local business and propose to management.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Experience: At least 5 years experience in sales of commercial banking products and client relationship management (Large corporate) with a minimum of 2 years experience in credit analysis.
- Other skills: Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Financial Accounting. Excellent communication skills in English (both speaking and writing), networking and negotiation skills. Problem-solving skill.
