Mô tả công việc
• Participate in building plans and implementing market research activities, identifying, approaching, and exploring customer needs for Corporate Information Reports products and the FiinGate platform.
• Responsible for annual sales and KPI targets.
• Maintain, nurture, develop, and strengthen relationships with existing customers and partners.
• Collect, analyze data, and prepare regular sales reports for the Department Head/Direct Manager.
• Perform tasks related to customer profiles and contracts; support the Accounting Department in debt collection.
• Support the development and propose marketing plans, communication campaigns, and promotional events for products and services.
• Attend workshops, conferences, and events to expand business opportunities.
• Perform other tasks as requested by the Department Head/Direct Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English from Pre-advanced level and above. (Knowledge of Japanese or Korean is an advantage.)
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent customer care skills.
• Flexible in handling situations and problem-solving.
• At least 3 years of experience in Sales & Customer Support.
• Diligent, proactive, and quick to adapt.
• Ambitious and able to work independently.
