Reliability Engineer (10 Positions)

1. Operate, maintain and calibrate analysis tools/ equipment like X-ray, 3D CT, CMM, OMM …

2. Perform failure analysis on defect parts and come out FA report as customer requirement

3. Support program team on the product reliability validation

4. Report consolidation and recommendation from test result

5. Recommend the reliability test needed based upon ORT capability

6. ORT issue handling

7. Provide failure analysis for Reliability failure sample

8. Support line trial based upon OPM request and subsequence failure analysis

9. Budget for ORT lab (consumable, PM, calibration)

10. Equipment trouble shooting, in-house maintenance, improvement and ensure calibration

11. ORT lab inventory control

1. Educational background: College/Bachelor of Science or Engineering

2. Experiences: At least 2 year-experience in quality role of electronic or automotive manufacturing company and at least 1 year-experience in reliability field

3. Skills:

Knowledge on Reliability tool (DOE, failure rate calculation and etc…)

Knowledge in climate chamber, microscope, measuring machine using and failure analysis

Problem solving and communication skill.

4. Others: Fluent English speaking and writing, able to go on business trips in India 3-4 months
