General Responsibility
To be responsible for processing daily operations of the customer service section and acquire and verify the documents concerning to comply with Head Office Instructions, internal rule, SBV’s regulations.
Accountability
1. Handle operations of customer services department including:
- Deposit side: cash deposit, withdrawal, fixed deposit etc.
- Remittance side: domestic and overseas remittance
2. Assist Cashier in counter-checking money before paying to customers
3. Make related reports to Head Office, Management and local Authorities
4. Customer satisfaction: Ensure provide good services meet client’s demands.
5. Develop operational knowledge and skills
6. Performs other duties assigned by the Management
Yêu cầu công việc
Functional Skills
- Good understanding in manual of operation in the system
- Good knowledge in all process of work
- Good command in English
- Experience: Not required – Fresher welcome
- Male candidates are preferred
Competences
- Corporate team work and mutual understanding
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- University graduates (major in Banking, Economic, Foreign Trade, Finance and Accounting)
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Good command in Microsoft office is advance.
