[Remote] Customer Service Representative - Night Shift

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide top-notch support to clients in the Texas time zone.

This is a full-time, remote position, but we give priority to candidates who are willing to work on-site at our Đà Nẵng office.

* What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional client support via phone, email, and live chat.

• Utilize the CRM (e.g., Follow Up Boss) to manage leads, nurture client relationships, and track all communication.

• Find and curate property listings for clients using multiple systems, such as HAR.com and UnlockMLS.

• Handle all transactional paperwork and coordinate with third parties for contracts and related documents.

• Assist clients with essential administrative tasks, including utilities registration, to ensure a smooth transition.

• Proactively identify and resolve client issues to ensure a high level of satisfaction.

• Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. An IELTS 6.5+ certification or equivalent proficiency is required.

• A high level of honesty and meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Flexibility to work the night shift: 9 PM to 6 AM (Vietnam Time).

• Basic computer proficiency.
