- Adhere to best practices and write manageable, high-quality code
- Stay motivated and up-to-date on the latest developments and trends in web development
- Assist junior team members in achieving a specific standard of performance or proficiency to satisfy the project's goals
- Participate in activities including knowledge exchange and ongoing improvement

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Having designed and tuned high performance systems for at least two years
- Knowledge of the functional programming and object-oriented programming paradigms
- Willing to switch to Scala as a programming language
- Being familiar with the notational features of one or more programming languages, such as Java, PHP, C#, or Ruby
- HTML, CSS, Java script, and at least one contemporary frontend framework (such as Vue.Js, React.Js, Angular.Js, etc.) development experience
- Knowledge of the Scrum process and the Agile manifesto
Nice-to-have
- Programming knowledge in the Scala language is a big plus
- Knowledge of database access design and optimization
- Familiarity with test case design and TDD principles
- Knowledge of Japanese is appreciated
