We are looking for an Engineering Manager in Building Management System (BMS) industry, who would join us with these challenges:
- Perform a site survey and recommend the best combination of items and installation techniques to offer the most affordable solution
- Determine the replacement jobs for the building management system necessary to complete the project
- Plan, manage testing, commissioning, software coding, and supervision for BMS on-site in accordance with the project schedule, requirements, and contract terms
- Development of software and visuals for projects involving building automation
- Analysis, inspection, and assessment of implementation issues to satisfy client needs
- Feedback to development teams on product implementation and support issues for product improvement
- Attend workshops on product creation and marketing to expand company opportunities
- Create and maintain BMS documentation including Functional design and Software Test Documents

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial System Engineering or relevant disciplines
- At least 5-7 years’ experience in BMS, open bus protocol, control engineering, etc.
- Knowledge of the HVAC, building automation, energy management, or other control systems
- Programming and troubleshooting knowledge of industry standard protocols such as BACnet, MODBUS and LON. PLC knowledge will be a plus
- The capacity to analyze operational data from chilled water plants and building or industrial services plants.
- Knowledge of automation control systems used in a variety of applications, such as data centers, commercial and industrial buildings, etc.
- Expertise in debugging and troubleshooting live software systems
- Ability to apply both business and technical insights to the project assignment.
- Strong technical implementation and management skills
- Effective report writing and customer engagement skills, both in writing and verbally
- Self-starter with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
