We are looking for a Vietnamese team who will contribute to the innovation of the world construction industry. You have just to focus on work output, no micromanagement and no staff control. Here are your responsibilities:
- In charge of bridging the communication gap between the project manager in Japan and the development team in Vietnam by taking part in team meetings, managing issues, and translating and interpreting.
- Responsible for the operation management for GEO (Global Employment Outsourcing) in assisting the Recruitment Department with the necessary paperwork and processes, corresponding with the Japanese Management Department, building tools, etc.
- Participate in the documentation process, requirements analysis, design, deployment, code review, unit testing, and product operation phases of the software development process.

- At least N2 (JLPT) level in Japanese.
- Familiar with working as a ReactJS developer.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, frontend languages.
- Familiar with user interface design.
- Familiarity with performance testing frameworks.
- Practical experience with debugging browser-based and testing performance software.
- Strong ability to problem-solving.
