We are looking for an IT Product Manager who would join with us and take these challenges:
• Coordinate and interact with both software engineers and business team to create, set and implement the strategy and product roadmap to realize the accelerated growth of company’s platform
• Lead the standardization and automation of the operational workflow inside/outside the company to secure the scalability of the platform
• Plan and conduct various research from strategic point of view and share the outcome and implication with the team and organization
• Monitor the key milestone of the project and follow up the progress to achieve the goal according to the business plan
• Maintain and improve the quality of the products to sustain the business operation and improve the satisfaction of product users
• Propose innovative idea and concept to the teams in Japan and collaborate together to develop the products what can scale globally

• Experience in project management role in product development
• Ability to achieve the planned goal and target through KPI management or similar business management index
• Professional experience as a Software Engineer
• Experience in leading the improvement of quality or features of existing software products
• Good English
