Rendering Team Leader (Furniture - Good At English)

The Rendering/R&D Team Leader is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality and accuracy of all renderings, technical drawings (with the support from technicians), ensuring they align with client expectations and technical requirements. This role requires close collaboration with technicians, merchandisers, sales teams, and production teams to ensure technical drawings, 3D models, and renderings are both technically feasible and commercially appealing.

• Take full responsibility of full function of R&D & manage team.

• Responsible to manage planning and monitor project progress of new product development based on clients’ demands via sales team.

• On a daily basis, work directly with the Sales Team in The Netherlands, and Merchandisers in Vietnam to develop and design products.

• Train, coach, and review all renderings, work closely with technical engineers regarding technical drawings to maintain high visual and technical quality.

• Ensure all renderings accurately represent materials (fabric, wood, metal, etc.), including color, gloss, and texture.

• Maintain consistency between technical drawings and renderings, optimizing designs suitable for mass production.

• Review and refine drawings based on feedback from clients and internal departments.

• Build processes, policies, systems within the R&D department.

• Create new drawings and make changes to the 3D renders, 3D Tds, 2D Tds.

• Rendering 3D of outdoor furniture samples.

• Provide leadership, assign tasks, coach and train the R&D staff. To ensure they work effectively and ensure that they are well aware of the policies, processed, culture and ethics of the company.

• Prepare weekly/ monthly or on demand reports.

• Perform other tasks assigned by line manager or BOD.

Requirement

• University graduation or higher in designing or relating faculties.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as Rendering/R&D manager/ team leader

• Knowledge of technical engineering of furniture products is HUGE advantage.

• Proficient in using office computers (Ms Word, Ms Excel, Powerpoint, Internet), and 2D & 3D design software such as: Autocad / Inventor / Rhinoceros / 3Dmax / Keyshot, Photoshop or AI tools.

• Good at English.

• Strong skills of leadership, communication, negotiation, people management.
