Mô Tả Công Việc
1. Main Duties
• Conduct company and industry research, including desk research and site visit, due diligence, financial modeling and make investment recommendations
• Identify potential investment opportunities and make timely call
• Closely monitor companies and industries under coverage including making regular visit with management and writing update reports
• Participate in the portfolio management process through analyst contribution in the model portfolio
• Support the Research Head in preparing fundraising marketing materials on as needed basis
• Complete ad-hoc requests assigned by the Research Head and assist Portfolio Managers in specific assigned research tasks

2. Requirements
• BA degree: in related majors (Finance, Bank, Economics, Business)
• Experience: 3-10 years in financial industry with a strong background in sell-side/buy-side investment
• Strong analytical thinking skillset
• Strong self-motivation and teamwork leadership ability
• Excellent written and verbal English and Vietnamese
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
