- The Reservations Team is responsible for bookings after the Sales Team has finished confirming all services and their prices with our customers.
- The Reservations Team is responsible for the timely and accurate reservation of our customers’ services.
- The Reservations Team’s responsibility ends after all possible reservations are confirmed by our partners and responsibility is handed over to the Quality Team.
2. Responsibilities
The day-to-day responsibilities of the Reservations Team follows a detail-oriented process to ensure that customers receive the services they have purchased at the correct time and for the correct price. Once the Sales Team notifies the Reservations Team that a booking has been confirmed, the Reservations Team:
- Inserts all services into the Tourplan booking system, paying special attention to match the Sales Teams’ quote sheet prices for each service.
- Contacts each partner to confirm each service at the agreed upon time and cost, updating the Tourplan booking accordingly.
- Adds any additional customer information that may be required by our partners to provide their services.
- Adds pick-up and drop-off information as required by our partners and customers.
Flags any services in the Tourplan booking that cannot be confirmed for follow-up by the Quality Team.
- Cross-checks the booking in Tourplan against the Sales Team‘s quote.
- Issues service vouchers for the Sales Team to send to our customers.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Prior experience in tour operations preferred.
- Prior experience with Tourplan software preferred.
- Team-oriented attitude and attention to detail.
