Reservations and Operations Support

We are seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a reservation and operation support member.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Obtain supplier rates and contact our network of suppliers for various services such as transportation, golf, and hotels.

• Keep track of contracts, payables, and ensure timely settlement by coordinating with other departments.

• Offer service consultation to travelers worldwide via WhatsApp, phone calls, and emails by gathering their travel requirements.

• Coordinate and adjust service bookings with domestic and international partners to meet customer requirements.

• Provide travel quotes and itineraries using internal systems.

• Monitor trips during the transportation process and address any issues promptly to ensure a smooth flow of service from start to finish.

• Collaborate and engage with both domestic and international partners and vendors. Foster positive relationships with suppliers to uphold high service standards and competitive pricing.

• Maintain a comprehensive supplier database by regularly updating product details, prices, and policies.

• Conduct market research to recommend effective strategies and introduce innovative products for customer attraction.

LOCATION AND WORKING HOURS

• Office: Located in District 4, HCMC, and also remote work options available.

• Working Hours: Flexitime - Maximum 40 hours per week.

• College degree or higher, with a preference for majors in Tourism or related fields.

• At least 1 year of experience in the Travel industry, Reservation or Operation positions.

• Proficiency in English language (4 skills).

• Strong ability to learn quickly, excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively when finding solutions.

• Strong customer care skills.

• Passion for travel and sound understanding of destinations covered by Movv Inc.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly adapt to new systems.

• Deliver quality result within his/her best working window.

• Ideal age range between 24 and 30 years old.

• Salary: Gross 18-20 million VND/month depending on your skills and experience.
