Responsible Business Program Manager

The Regional Manager of RBP will work closely with the management of the local companies and the Head of Group Compliance / Responsible Business Program to implement our Responsible Business Program within the APAC region. ***Your responsibilities: - Lead and coordinate the implementation of our Responsible Business measures in close collaboration with local management and Head of Group Compliance & Responsible Business Program in our Asian companies based in Vietnam, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, India, and Singapore. ***This includes: • Implementation and management of our Supply Chain Integrity Program (SCIP): Setting up responsible sourcing and supplier management activities, such as rolling out our Supplier Code of Conduct, carrying out supply chain mappings and supplier self-assessments as well human rights risk assessments. • Developing and implementing an environmental management system including measures to reduce our carbon emission and improve waste, water and materials management. • Overseeing our sustainability reporting: Further enhancing local reporting structures and processes to achieve compliance with the CSRD. This includes helping colleagues to collect and verify data for the NKG Sustainability Report. • Support in other sustainability projects and programs such as EUDR compliance, health & safety management or diversity management.

• Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Sustainability, similar. • Minimum of 3 years relevant sustainability experience in an international environment. • Proven leadership/ managerial experience. • Intercultural competence and strong communication skills with the ability to build positive. work relationships with all stakeholders.x • High level of personal integrity and empathy. • High resilience, reliability as well as ability to manage deadlines • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Teamwork and good collaboration skills
