Job Overview: As the Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring a seamless guest experience at our restaurant serving comfort food and drink. You will work closely with the Head Chef to manage staff, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and maximize revenue opportunities.

Box In The Park - As an eatery located in the latest sports club in town, we would like to ensure that we serve delicious food while being a modern and trendy outdoor restaurant and casual drinking spot in town.
JOB OVERVIEW & RESPONSIBILITY:
Assist in the hiring, training, and supervising new font of house employees as well as the continuous training of existing staffs
Assist in online channel customer service
Oversee front of house operations
Maintain high-quality service standard
Monitor food qualify and presentation to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction.
Respond to customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively
Develop strategies for improving our customers’ dining experience
Work with staff to project future needs for kitchen supplies, goods, and cleaning products.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant.
Maintain inventory of all needed supplies
Manage the work schedules of FoH restaurant’s staff
Work closely with the CEO/Director to identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
Assist with scheduling and timesheet as needed.

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Fluent in English
