Retail Accountant

YOUR MISSION: As an Accountant, you will ensure all aspects of accounting operations, as well as influencing and supporting various projects as we scale. You will work with the local finance/operational teams as well as our corporate accounting staff in France. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY: - Ensure reliable accounting records, control, and report transactions in the area of responsibility. - Ensure communication, documentation, and risk-mitigating actions to support internal and external audits in the area of responsibility. - Manage balance sheet reconciliations of allocated accounts, explain variations, and ensure timely resolution and clean-up of overdue items. - Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and financial statement validation. - Ensure good financial reporting based on a very good understanding of data (master data). - Appropriate, apply, and follow up the group and local accounting and compliance norms. - Oversee the monitoring of internal control on the accounting cycle in charge. - Improve the processes Actively design internal processes in the area of responsibility, document, and communicate to the stakeholders. - Contribute to the constant improvement of the processes in the area of responsibility (efficiency, automation). - You practice sports. - You are excellent in English and Vietnamese. Clear communication (verbal and written) in English is a must. - Bachelor‘s degree or upper (preferably with a major in accounting, finance, or audit). - You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and managing projects. - Strong communication skills with active, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and logical mindsets. - You have a clear career orientation. - You are a team player, with a positive attitude and flexibility to thrive within a fast-growing company.
