We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Job Responsibilities

Process design & customer journey

• Perform market research, requirement gathering and documentation.

• Solicit input on requirements and customer journeys from country and various stakeholders.

• Create process flows and requirement documentation.

Requirements analysis & Elicitation

• Analyse and document the “as-is” & "to be" business processes, to formulate the problem statement for various use case.

• Provide input to functional business analysts to create functional and non-functional requirements based on business requirements.

• Monitor and manage risks /issues related to requirements.

• Manage scope and handle the change request requirements.

• Review and sign-off final version of business requirement document together with business users.

• Transition business requirements to Functional Business Analysts, and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.

• Assess the business benefit and cost to facilitate the prioritization of delivery and scope.

Systems development & testing management

• Work with Test Managers to translate business requirements into test scenarios.

• Work with country and technology stakeholders to plan and execute User Acceptance Test, along with Test Manager and Testers.

• Perform impact assessment, monitor and track for subsequent project Change Request.

• Develop EUC or productivity enhancement tool to support credit management

Go-live

• Work with vendors and technology teams to implement the solutions and platforms.

• Facilitate/provide "Train the Trainer" on application enhancements.

• Work with country and segment stakeholders to drive commercialisation and adoption of products, reporting to Business Program Manager.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of working experience, preferably in risk management, credit operations, technology transformation or project management fields.

• Strong English communication to work effectively with overseas stakeholders

• Ability to work under multiple task and meet stretched timeline with quality delivery

• Advanced skill in using Microsoft Office product suits

• Programming & relational database knowledge background, e.g. SAS, SQL is a plus

• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with numerous stakeholders at various levels
