Retail Manager

1. Develop and implement strategies to grow the retail business in the consumer electronics category, including products such as TVs, refrigerators, washing machines and air conditioners.

2. Manage and ensure the operation of all retail stores in accordance with company standards.

3. Be accountable for sales performance, operational efficiency, and brand representation across all retail channels.

4. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and industry developments to propose effective business growth initiatives.

5. Lead and manage the retail workforce (Sales Supervisors, PGs, …): from recruitment and training to performance evaluation and development.

6. Work closely with the Marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and branding activities at retail points.

7. Supervise inventory, in-store merchandising, customer experience, and service quality to ensure consistency with brand standards.

8. Identify, evaluate, and propose new store locations; plan and execute store expansion projects as needed.

9. Prepare and present reports on retail performance, KPIs, and market insights to senior management.

1. College or University degree.

2. At least 5 years of experience in a similar position within the consumer electronics retail industry.

3. In-depth knowledge of retail business, consumer behavior, store management, and distribution channels.

4. Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in operating multi-location retail systems.

5. Excellent skills in analysis, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making.

6. Ability to work independently, perform well under pressure, and willing to travel for business as required.

7. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems is a strong advantage.

8. Proficiency in all four Chinese language skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) is an advantage.
