A Kiosk Manager overseeing multi-kiosk operations and new kiosk setups plays a crucial role in both daily operations and strategic expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Multi-Kiosk Operations
Managing multiple existing kiosks requires:
a. Operational Oversight
• Monitor sales, staffing, and performance KPIs for each kiosk.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, brand guidelines, and customer service standards.
• Conduct routine visits to each location.
b. Team Management
• Hire, train, and manage kiosk supervisors and frontliners.
• Set schedules and resolve staffing shortages.
• Motivate teams to achieve sales targets.
c. Inventory & Logistics
• Monitor stock levels across kiosks.
• Coordinate timely restocking and inter-kiosk transfers.
• Prevent shrinkage or spoilage (especially for F&B kiosks).
d. Sales Performance & Promotions
• Analyze sales trends and adjust merchandising or promotions.
• Execute promotional campaigns consistently across kiosks.
2. New Kiosk Setup
For expansion, the retail manager is involved in:
a. Site Evaluation & Setup
• Conduct feasibility studies on new locations.
• Coordinate with leasing agents for contracts and renovations.
• Work with contractors and operations team on kiosk build and branding.
b. Launch Planning
• Recruit and train new staff.
• Ensure the kiosk is equipped with POS systems, fixtures, and initial inventory.
• Execute soft launch and opening campaigns.
c. Compliance & Approvals
• Handle permits, licenses, and mall management approvals.
• Ensure health, safety, and brand standards are met before opening.
3. Reporting & Strategy
• Report kiosk performance to upper management.
• Recommend closures, relocations, or new market opportunities.
• Plan and manage budgets for multi-kiosk operations and new kiosk CAPEX.
Yêu cầu công việc
• More than 2 years of experience.
• Proven ability to improve a retail customer experience by recommending data-driven changes.
• Must have experience handling pre/post stores opening, training, handling daily kiosks operations.
• Ability to quickly develop wide-ranging cross-functional partnerships and establish productive relationships to address complex problems.
• Ability to self-direct and problem-solve in sophisticated, ambiguous, or constantly evolving environments while balancing multiple work streams.
• Experience in directly building, managing, and developing a diverse team of varying experience levels.
• Critical thinking and data-driven.
