Overall purpose
- Increase sales target by planning and organizing Yamaha music instruments marketing campaigns and products display
- Conduct timely market research to timely catch-up market trend and to effectively inventory management and exactly products orders
- Develop Education market through Recorder Project and Institute / School / Core teacher relations.
Key responsibilities and duties (Critical responsibilities and skills of this position, listed in order of importance)
- Align with MI Sales team to do construction/renovation for Retail dealers, especially for "Yamaha Dedicated Store" project (YDS / SinS)
- Be in charge of channel visibility (enhance store visual, merchandising material, develop and monitor merchandising items)
- Create display program following product strategy. Make sure display guidelines be well-executed
- Develop other merchandising programs to boost sales if necessary
- Monitor and ensure achievement of display target models per store
- Develop marketing program for top key dealers to drive further growth
- Recommend actionable in-store solutions
- Support seminar, events to build up relationship with dealers
- Build and monitor training plans for dealers’ staff
- Other tasks are assigned by a direct manager

Required working experience
- At least 2 years working experience in B2B & Trade marketing, able to do marketing research, can play/ have knowledge of musical instrument is a plus
Required qualifications
- At bachelor’s degree in marketing
Required languages
- English proficiency

** Working time: from Mondays to Fridays – from 9:00 t0 18:00
