Q Industries is looking for candidate who have passion in sales, especially in retail of products related to F&B, Hotel, Restaurant, etc. This one should has English efficiency and experience or passion related to these type of products. We are looking for Retail Sales Assistant who standing at front booth as cashier and seller and consult to clients when they come or call to the supermarket.
• To coordinate with the team approach target customers to sell the products in order to achieve target revenue (both online and off-line);
• To develop and find new customers as well as maintain existing ones being assigned;
• Must be able to explain our products to our clients and answer any queries they may have from stock availability and details of special offers to a product’s price;
• To handle complaints from clients and find solutions to resolve the complaints;
• To restock goods on the shelving and have goods attractively displayed at all time;
• To assist and arrange deliveries for orders placed by clients;
• To do weekly cycle stock count in Q.ulinary Essentials Store;
• To do any other tasks or jobs assigned by Management

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• From 1-3 years of sale experience in retail
• Can use English fluently especially in both speaking and reading
• Customer service oriented
• Experience to work at supermarket/retail store is an advantage
• Polite and helpful to others
• Good sense in dressing
• Good communication skills & team work
• Persuasiveness
