Mô Tả Công Việc
• To coordinate with the team approach target customers to sell the products in order to achieve target revenue (both online and off-line);
• To develop and find new customers as well as maintain existing ones being assigned;
• Must be able to explain our products to our clients and answer any queries they may have from stock availability and details of special offers to a product’s price;
• To handle complaints from clients and find solutions to resolve the complaints;
• To restock goods on the shelving and have goods attractively displayed at all time;
• To assist and arrange deliveries for orders placed by clients;
• To do weekly cycle stock count in Q.ulinary Essentials Store;
• To do any other tasks or jobs assigned by Management

• Can use English fluently especially in both speaking and reading
• Customer service oriented
• Experience to work at supermarket/retail store is an advantage
• Polite and helpful to others
• Good sense in dressing
• Good communication skills & team work
• Persuasiveness
