Sales Functions
• Organise and carry out sales training for frontline sales personnel on periodic basis
• To recruit, train and monitor “Super Seller” for branches
• Monitor sales performance via Daily/Weekly/Monthly sales report for all branches
• Planning and executing new & existing product/service launches, preparing and conducting sales presentations to customers and to supervise, plan and implement any promotions
• Involve in planning and executing marketing activities for walk-in sector with Digital Marketing department
• Involve in Social Media marketing events planning and event response analysis
• Liaise with Line Manager & Digital Marketing team to identify potential business opportunities
Customer Care Functions
• To provide customer service to all walk-in and clinic customers in the most courteous, polite and caring manner.
• To handle customer’s complaints via phone call, website enquiry and all company social media platform. Liaise, propose and work with related department for solution
• To provide related information to the customers on the tests on demand.
• To assist the register and payment from walk-in & clinic customers.
• To constantly upgrade your knowledge on healthcare related issues.
• To perform other office duties including reports & correspondences, and any other duties which may arise work or any related works required by the Management
Department Operational Functions
• Arranging the working hours of the Customer Sales & Service Department
• Ensuring the employees comply with the Company's regulations/Rules
• Enhance communication between front liners and other department and provide clear guidance on any latest issues arise
• Oversees the employees performance, recommends training and does staff appraisals. Recommends promotions, upgrading and increments accordingly. To ensure that there is adequate manpower for the Customer Sales & Service Department.
• Submitting daily/weekly/monthly reports to the Directors, Commercial Manager & Senior Operations Manager on the sales & service performance
• Performing any other duties assigned by the management
Yêu cầu công việc
• Female: Minimum University degree in related field
• Minimum 6 years' relevant experience in related field
• Those who have laboratory, clinic or hospital business development experience are encouraged to apply
• Possess drive, initiative and with good track record of sales
• Possess strong interpersonal, networking and communication skills
• Able to converse well in English is a plus
• Age from 28 - 35 years old
WORKING LOCATION
• 630 Nguyen Chi Thanh, Ward 4, District 11, HCMC
WORKING TIME
• 8 hours/day, 45 hours a week
• Monday – Friday: 8AM – 5PM
• Saturday: 8AM – 1PM
