Retention Manager

1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop content strategies aligned with both short-term and long-term marketing

goals.

• Write and edit various types of content, including website news, SEO articles, social

posts, emails, SMS, and ad copy for Google Ads.

• Create and publish engaging content across digital platforms (Email, Zalo, Telegram,

Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok)

• Assign design tasks and provide clear creative briefs for the freelance designer.

• Collaborate with the SEO agency to optimize content for better traffic and organic

search.

• Collaborate with other departments, such as the Ukraine technical team, legal team,

and customer service team, to implement promotional programs.

• Use the admin panel to create coupon codes, extract reports, publish blog posts, and

update social media button links.

• Build and grow a community of loyal customers on Zalo and Telegram groups.

• Ensure all content complies with legal requirements, including copyright and data

protection regulations.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and generate fresh content ideas to retain the

target audience.

• Proven work experience as a Content manager

• Hands-on experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint,...).

• Basic technical knowledge of HTML as a plus

• Familiarity with social media

• Excellent writing skills

• Attention to detail

• Good organizational and time-management skills

• Fluent in English is a must
