POSITION OVERVIEW
Revenue Analyst is responsible for analyzing market trends, booking patterns, and competition to support hotels optimizing pricing, occupancy, and overall profitability. Revenue Analyst is also responsible for preparing revenue reports on regularly basis to update BOD on latest hotel’s performance. This role requires close collaboration with the sales, marketing, and hotel operations teams to ensure alignment with the hotels' strategic goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Revenue Analysis: Conduct hotels’ performance analysis (On the book, Pick-up pace & trend, customer sources)
• Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior. Use insights to inform pricing and distribution strategies.
• Reporting: Prepare accurate revenue reports to monitor performance against targets on regular basis (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly).
• Rate and Inventory Management: Assist hotels’ GMs to manage inventory and direct/online daily rates.
• Set-up: Set up rate structure and promotion rates onto system and to ensure hotels’ operation to input data into PMS accurately.
• Revenue Strategy: Follow BOD’s revenue strategy directions and to collaborate with Sales & Marketing to ensure revenue goals met.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in revenue management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with understanding of revenue management principles.
• Proficiency in revenue management software, PMS, and channel management systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese
