Mô Tả Công Việc

1. Implementation of K-C RGM 5 Levers Playbook & Integrated Analytics Toolkit for KC Vietnam
2. Achieve desired NRR & Mix by implementation of defined RGM project pipeline
3. Leverage expertise in RGM & conduct business analyses & generate insight for, a) identification of NRR (Net Realized Revenue) opportunities within specific channel x category cohorts to be executed within the year; b) implementation tracking for ongoing RGM project reviews; c) building a pipeline of opportunities for execution in following years to enable sustainable NRR growth; d) governance & processes to drive RGM
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create the measurement and tracking of execution and results of each initiative. Review and understand cause of deviation from results, share learnings with broader team for course correction.
5. Build trust and support in-country stakeholders (sales leaders, finance leaders and category leaders) through networking, appropriate work plan, RGM insights & reviews. Discuss with stakeholders to identified opportunities and gain commitment to RGM plans.
6. Manage total channel’s GTN spending
7. Drive GM%/profitability enhancement for MT and E-com channels.
8. Delivering business analysis projects, example:
• Spends optimization to improve the effectiveness of spends
• Prioritization of packs/channel/customers to drive greater returns on investments
9. Understanding key elements of revenue management (Pricing strategy, price pack architecture, mix management, promotion optimization, gross to net and commercial policy)
10. Ability to structure work-streams overcoming ambiguity (e.g lack of availability of complete data sets)
11. In-depth experience in working with financial data, category & market data to identify commercial opportunities
12. Previous commercial project experience with emphasis on leading / influencing change through data
13. In-depth understanding of various analyses tools (macro, excel etc), techniques (price elasticity, cross elasticity, mix management etc) & terms (Promo ROI, Promo performance, Gross to Net, Price Index, GM% etc)
14. Delivering the analyses & recommendations in an FMCG context through impactful partnerships & ownership from project brief to delivery
15. Quality of deliverables including input data sanctity & robust analyses outputs
16. Experience across modern trade, e-commerce and traditional sales

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Business Management (MBA or Bachelors) or CA
• At least 7 years of relevant work experience
• Commercial experience in consumer goods (trade marketing, FP&A, analytics, revenue management)
• Utilization of analytical tools & techniques
• Applying business insights & analytics to achieve business objectives
• Solid Analytical (excel, TPM) skills
• Revenue management experience preferred in the consumer goods industry
• Demonstrable experience in business analysis, financial planning and reporting within FMCG or similar business
• Conversant with financial data tools (Analplan, SAP primary & DMS secondary sales) and market data tools (Neilsen & e-Comm portals) & Sales IT TPM Tools
• Ability to create scenario modelling tools for analyses as required
