Revenue Operations Specialist

1. RESPONSIBILITY

• Monitor Revenue Streams: Oversee all revenue channels, including sales and partnerships, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.

• Action Plan Tracking: Monitor the sales team's action plans to ensure they meet their targets. Regularly review these plans allows for timely adjustments and keeps the team aligned with their objectives.

• Data Analysis: Analyze sales and revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

• Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with the sales & marketing team to ensure alignment and support for revenue objectives.

• Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Develop and maintain KPIs to measure the effectiveness of revenue operations.

• Forecasting and Pipeline Management: Ensure accurate forecasting and manage the sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.

• Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with sales policies & process

• Reporting: Present revenue reports to senior management and stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

• Proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in all four English skills

• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.

• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior leadership.
