Revit Designer

1- 75% working as Architect:

- Utilize advanced Revit software to create detailed architectural models and produce drawings.

- Work collaboratively with the design team to develop innovative design solutions for various project types

- Prepare drawings and perspectives to effectively communicate design intent.

- Assist in the preparation of project presentations and design documentation.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of architectural trends and technologies.

- Participate in design reviews and provide input for design development.

- Support design manager in ensuring deliverables are met within established timelines.

- Attend the design meetings with involved parties and adjust the drawings when required.

- Other tasks assigned by design manager

2- 15% working as BIM Management

- Responsible for BIM deliverables related to architecture, interiors, landscape discipilines.

- Provide BIM support, such as setup or protocol implementation to other departments.

- Implementing & maintaining BIM Management documents such as BIM Execution Plan, Standard and Guidelines.

- Ensure that project documentation and reports are complied with standards.

- Perform Clash Detection, Model Audit, and Model Maintenance.

- Responsible for the management of the CDE.

- Provide Revit training to other departments if needed

- Coordinate with other Consultants for BIM models.

- Other tasks related if required

3- 10% working on Lumion and Enscape Renderings

- Produce renders in Lumion/Enscape for various project types in design team

- Degree in Architecture Design & minimum 4 years of experience in architectural design with a focus on REVIT.

- Demonstrated expertise in Revit software and its application in architectural projects.

- Practical knowledge of standards, rules, and regulations for building codes as an advantage.

- Strong understanding of architectural processes and project organization skill

- Experienced in delivering and coordinating multi-disciplinary, large-scale projects is an advantage.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Knowledge of project set-up and model health control

- Official BIM Certification as an advantage.

- English Communication skill

- Software skills:

+ Advanced experience in BIM Platforms – Revit and others as an advantage

+ Experience in the management of cloud CDEs: Autodesk BIM360 or others

+ Experience in clash coordination

+ Experience in MS Project and MS Office

+ Experience in Lumion and Enscape
