Job Description
Responsible for improving placement of rider resources, bringing a good impression and best experience for drivers at the training stage on HCM/HN/DN
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
- Create a "BAEMIN know-how" to help drivers solve common situations/problems during the application measurement process according to the company's requirements;
- Create and execute learning strategies and programs
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
- Implement various learning methods (e.g. group coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
- Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops, and other training
- Assess the success of development plans and help riders make the most of learning opportunities
- Track budgets and negotiate contracts
- Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
Job Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in the same position, training field, or other related positions.
- Experience in project management and budgeting
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
- Experience in project management and budgeting
- Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
- Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
- People-oriented mindset, constantly strive for improvement; leadership.
