1. Main Purpose of the Job:

• The role of the S&IOP (Sales and Operations Planning) Manager plays a crucial role in aligning the company’s sales and operations functions to ensure efficient and effective supply chain management and inventory planning.

2. Major Responsibilities:

• Demand Planning: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to develop accurate demand forecasts.

• Supply Planning: Work with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure supply meets demand.

• Inventory Management: Optimize inventory levels to balance cost and service levels.

• S&OP Process Management: Lead the S&OP process, including monthly meetings, to align cross-functional teams.

• Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the S&OP process.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Background Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field or Several years of experience in supply chain management, demand planning, or a related field.

2. Required Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in S&OP software and tools.

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.

• Knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices.
