* Duties will include and not be limited to:
• Being the primary point of contact for the customers assigned to you.
• Support to develop and implement processes and procedures (SOP's) to ensure site compliance with global and local legislation and regulations, included ISO system.
• Risk assessment and recommends changes to continuously improve the site SHE performance.
• Safety induction for newcomers & contractor/visitor/supplier.
• Primarily responsible for implementing systems, procedures, and work practices to ensure “audit ready” state of compliance.
• Ensures thorough investigation along superior of all incidents and provide expertise and participate in all SHE incident investigations as conducted on site.
• Responsible for coordinating regular internal and external audits.
• Responsible for conducting general SHE awareness programs/Safety contest…
• Environment managed/monitoring as EIA approved, assessment for improvement actions.
• Manage waste/scrap storage & collecting & treatment, included all relevant required documentations/records.
• Collect SHE data for monthly/quartely/annual internal/external reporting.
• Cooperate with Utility/Vendor to maintain Fire fighting system (FM200, Sprinkler, Fire alarm….) to ensure in good condition, also maintain the record.
• Conduct and document regular facilities inspections.
• Supervise maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment.
• Support to oversee facility refurbishment and renovations.
• Coordinate and monitor activities of contract suppliers.
• Implement other assignment if needed.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Minimum 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Expeience in ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001/ISO45000 is an advantage.
• Experience in risk assessment skill.
• Ability to read & understand specialized English.
