ROLE
The Department Manager is a professional in the category they oversee and is responsible for promoting brand engagement to customers in order to guarantee the quantitative and qualitative goals assigned for the department and store.
He/she represents the company to their best possible ability and is a proactive sales professional who is also responsible for leading, motivating and coaching the team in the achievement of the key business KPIs and goals. They are also responsible for staff development and in ensuring that their department runs in the most effective way possible.
MISSION
• Promoting the culture of the brand internally and externally
• Actively develop new clients and consistently strengthening existing client relationships with sales team
• Implement action plans defined with HQ and Store Director, ensuring follow-up at store level
• Communicate high quality feedback to Store Director and staff
• Motivate, train and lead the sales team to achieve sales targets of the department/category
• Identify and develop the strengths of each staff member and provide on-the-job training and coaching
• Leading by example to the team on exemplary manner in selling skills and customer service
• Oversee and optimize the level of stock and verifies that it is in line with the category’s sales potential
• Ensure that all the processes are in compliance with legal, safety, internal requirements, sustainability, HR and stock organization
• Keep updated of the fashion trends and key events in the market
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Yêu cầu công việc
PROFILE
• At least 5 years of retail sales/ store operations experience, which at least 2 years at supervisory level
• A background in luxury goods or premium fashion with an established client base preferred
• With leader charisma, patient, detail oriented, and organized
• Product sensitivity and a strong market and fashion trends knowledge
• High sensitivity to customers experience and loyalty/ a real passion for providing excellent customer service
• Precision, adaptability, organizational skills, an ability to prioritize tasks according to business needs
• Solutions-oriented, keeping a positive attitude in all circumstances
