- Responsible for sale activities of office rental.
- Manage the daily operations at the office;
- Handle the reception (such as meeting and greeting clients and guests, answering and forwarding phone calls, sorting and distributing posts, arranging meeting rooms, ...)
- Strong customer service and support teams;
- Proficient in computer software (such as MS Word, Excel, ...);
- Other tasks as required
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Chinese or English Speaking and Writing.
- Good at problem-solving, number analysis, planning, monitoring, and negotiation skills.
- Willing to do multi-tasks.
- Have experience in exporting/importing goods.
- Well-understanding of sales/ marketing.
