Sale Admin (Senior)

• Draft, review, and revise various types of contracts related to:

• Software supply and implementation

• IT hardware procurement

• Technology consulting and solution services

• Participate in contract negotiations with partners (mainly internal companies within the same Group) to align on commercial and operational terms.

• Ensure that all contracts comply with internal policies, operational procedures, and agreed commercial standards.

• Provide contract-related consultation and support to other departments, especially Sales and Project teams.

• Manage the full contract lifecycle: from drafting and signing to execution, amendment, and termination.

• Collaborate with relevant departments to address any issues arising from contract execution.

• Team management

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience working directly with contracts in Software, hardware, maintenance & support agreements, or tech solution consulting.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working with cross-functional internal stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented, highly organized, with logical thinking and good problem-solving skills

• Prior experience in system integrators, IT consulting firms, or technology subsidiaries of large corporations is a strong advantage.
