Sale & Customer Service

Globe Air Cargo Vietnam, a GSSA subsidiary of ECS Group, is looking for 02 Sale and Customer services to join its dynamic team based in Tan Binh district, Ho Chi Minh city.

The ideal candidate’s scope will be:

1.Maintain eagerness and expand business in the assigned areas of extended Sales for all GAC products and Customer Service.

2. Resolve issues/problems with Agents/Forwarders & create new sales lead from the new and existing agents.

3. Learn and understand ECS Group systems.

4. Ensure existing and potential customers are aware of ECS products and services and ensure satisfaction to make customers motivated to use ECS services.

5. Produce awareness of all the product related services in the area to enlarge market influence and generate future sales activities.

6. Develop new sales network and adhere price structure to attain targets and increase revenues.

7. Implement customer service procedures to ensure top customer satisfaction.

8. Prepare Sales activities reports such as Sales performance report/ contract/ weekly report and market reports.

9. Involved in business preparing strategies with Sales Supervisor/ Sales Manager.

10. Put all the effort to bring energy and work as a team player.

11. Discuss new sales leads and improve the new plus existing customer relationship.

12. Reply to all the emails on-time and make sure no unattended emails/communication.

13. Gather all the market information also competitor’s information such as their rate, new launch, etc.

14. Prepare weekly report and share with the business vertical head.

15. Keep track of Budget and ensure the assign budget fulfillment.

16. Ensure Sales target fulfilled.

Bachelor degree

At least 1 year working experience
