Sale Assistant

p• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service • Maintain outstanding products condition and visual merchandising standards • Maintain a fully stocked store • Ascertain customers’ needs and wants • Recommend and advice products that match customer needs • Follow up new and existing customers • Manage point-of-sale processes and provide quote (as assigned) • Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments • Keep up to date with product information • Accurately describe product features and benefits • Follow all companies policies and procedures • Translate documents from VN to EN and vice versa/p

p• Proven working experience in retail sales • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices • Proficiency in English (TOEIC 750 up or IELTS 7.0) • Track record of sales quota • Solid communication and interpersonal skills • Customer service focus • Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality • Basic administration skills • Having knowledge of food technology is an advantage • Age: from 25 to 40 years old/p
