[6 Months Temporary] Sale Assistant Cum Administrative (Female)- Japanese

Priority application can go to work immediately

*** Main tasks:

- Can go to work immediately

- Do basic office works

- Making quotation, contract

- Support customs clearance

- Filing documents

- Contacting to customers by phone and email

- Following other assignments by managers

*** Job Requirement:

1/ Must have:

- Age under 35, female

- Bachelor Degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, Business Management,… (Foreign Trade University, Foreign Languages Universities, University Of Economics …)

- At least Japanese N3

- Good at English both writing and speaking

- Able to go on business trip if required

- Good at Microsoft office (word, excel,...)

- Hard working, careful

- 1-3 years of related general clerical experience.

2/ Nice to have:

- Prefer candidate who can speak Chinese
