Mô tả công việc
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, property agents, and industry stakeholders and key decision makers.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks. Also ability to get the market and customer insight with latest market situation update via connections and network.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, legal, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
• Prepare and present proposals, draft contracts, cross-selling products of other WHA Group’s hub to prospective clients.
• Provide timely and accurate reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.
• Able to work independently with regular 1-on-1 coaching.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders from different cultural backgrounds.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on industrial estate, industrial property, supply-chain, or logistics industry.
• Background in 3PL, Warehouse, Solutions design are welcome.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• English and Chinese will be minimum requirement (Chinese at business communication)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
***Benefits:
- Attractive salary package (Fixed Salary upto $1.500 + Performance/year-end bonus)
- Working hours: 09:00 – 18:00, from Monday to Friday
- Receive 100% salary during probation period
- Participate in social insurance from probation period and be calculated at 100% salary
- Participate in accident insurance and health care package
